Marma Therapy
A precise and ancient practice for restoring flow and easing tension
Marma therapy is one of Ayurveda's oldest therapeutic practices. It works with specific points on the body — junctions where muscle, bone, ligament, vein, and vital energy converge — to release stagnation, ease discomfort, and support the body's natural intelligence. It is not massage in the conventional sense. It is a focused, intentional practice requiring both anatomical knowledge and clinical sensitivity.

Addresses
Sessions may be beneficial for those experiencing muscular tension, joint discomfort, fatigue, mental heaviness, poor circulation, or a general sense of stagnation — physical or emotional. The effects are often immediate in some respects and cumulative over time.

What a Session Looks Like
A marma session begins with a brief conversation about your current state. Work is done with light, deliberate contact at specific points, using therapeutic oils suited to your constitution. Sessions are quiet. They ask nothing of you except to be present and to rest. Most people leave feeling lighter and noticeably clearer, though the experience varies from person to person.
